On the third day...

Thanks for visiting Craft Critique! If you've come here from a search engine or from a direct link, you might be missing out on more content! Please visit CraftCritique.com. And for more amazing content such as projects, artist interviews and more, sign up for our Monthly Newsletter.
On third day of the holidays our staff wants to see...
... 3 Gingher 8" Dressmaker's Shears, 2 ATG Guns, and some embossing powder from Zing. Don't you love the diversity in our list? Oh the crafty potential of a host of products - each perfectly suited to their individual crafting task. Most crafters love items that are multi-purpose, more bang for your buck that way. At the same time we acknowledge that some things are left to do only one job and do it the best it can be done. That is why we want these scissors.

The Gingher website says it all,
"The 8 inch Dressmaker’s Shears have a versatile longer length cut and blades strong enough to trim and cut multiple layers of fabric effortlessly. The longer cut is ideal for cutting out patterns and trimming seams. Gingher’s precision ground knife edge cuts flawlessly all the way to the points. The bent handle allows for smooth, comfortable cutting across a tabletop or counter."
How can we not want something flawless and effortless?
Do you sew, maybe some other type of fabric craft? Do you have another pair of scissors on your wishlist we haven't thought of? We would love to hear all about it.

Gingher is my favorite for fabric. But Fiskars is my choice for everything else.

I LOVE my Ginghers. I've had them for at least 20 years and my go to when I'm cutting fabric.

I own a pair of these Gingher scissors. They are awesome! Super sharp..you have to be careful that you don't nick yourself..(voice of experience).

I love my Gingher scissors - they are my 'fabric' cutters ONLY. I've tried many different kinds of scissors through the years & finally broke down and bought my Gingher - wish I would have gotten that pair first & saved all that other money! I highly recommend them.

I just bought a pair of Lightweight Bent Trimmers from Ginghers to make a full-size no-sew flannel blanket for my son. With all that cutting I needed something really good. I love them!

My favorite scissors for card crafting are the Cutter Bee for general paper cutting...and the small Fiskars curved scissors for detail cutting (the point is curved so to always see what you are cutting, you just turn the scissors over when the curve goes the opposite direction...great for those tight spots!

I dream of owning Ginghers, perhaps one day.
