Great review - I'm going to have to go and check it out. My biggest challenge is scrapping ME - especially the bad, ugly and sad moments. It's always easy to scrap the happy pretty moments kwim?? Perhaps this book will make it all easier...

Thanks for the great review Emilie. I like how you wrote it kind of "real" not just what we wanted to hear, LOL. I too was intrigued by the Kristina issue, but not enough to buy the book. I thought it wouldn't hold anything for me, a 'wife and mom' kind of scrapper. But you have me convinced that it would be worth buying. I could use it to help with layouts for my BOM, or just to stretch my creativity. Thanks again!

I've kind of followed the Effer Dares at a distance for a while but I hadn't planned on buying the book. I took a few minutes to browse through it in the store, though, and I bought it on total impulse and have never regretted it. I have tons of pages tabbed in here... the layouts aren't all my style but there's tons of inspiration nonetheless. Thanks for the review! I love the inspired layouts :)
