Day one for me on the floor… and the phrase of the day is “HOLY FISKARS!” or… “What The Fiskars!?!” Depending on our mood. 🙂 Martha and I had a blast walking the floor and before I start enabling… let me say; I am POOPED! I swear… I had no idea… CHA is Super Ginormous! My feet hurt… My back hurts… and I am so tired. I know… you feel so sorry for me. But suffer as I might I will do it all again tomorrow!
What is hot right now and going into fall… Woodgrain patterns, woodland creatures, textures, fabric, felt and flock. Sheer; books, ribbons, overlays, acrylic embellishments. For Halloween; funky patterns; bright and sort of on the wacky side. For Christmas; vintage inspired Traditional reds and greens spotted with pinks and blues. Velvet ribbons and felted and flocked embellishments to match. Crochet, quilted and handcrafted embellishments.
Now for the stuff… Stay tuned for reports ALL WEEK from our staff and some special guests… chatting all about their CHA faves… and more details on what you are seeing today. f you have any questions on the products you are seeing here this week please comment below… we will do our best to get you answers!
Ok… I know Amy Showed you a bit of this new stuff from Provo Craft… but I figure you may want some MORE… These will be HOT.
First… The CuttleKid… Totally cute right?!? It’s a kid friendly die cut machine for the little crafter in your life. And good news… the dies will work it the cuttle bug you already have. (the cuttlebug dies will not work in the cuttlekid however.)
And hold on to your hats; these dies come WITH an embossing folder… as a set… so great right!?! Now in case you aren’t a Disney fan; the scoop we heard was that Provo Craft will be releasing more die/embossing folder sets called “Tag Teams” at Memory Trends. They will be more classic, sophisticated designs.
Love Elsie… well… we love her too! She is as cute as you would imagine and we adore the new line and her Vintage Kitchen Style Booth… we thought the bright colors for fall were very refreshing… we saw so many muted earth tone colors for fall.. .and while this is probably what mainstream crafters are looking for… it’s not my personal taste.
