Make A Travel Shadow Box with Graphic 45 Artisan Style!

I’ve been doing a lot of travel this year for work that has taken me to new places. The result has been (virtual) stacks of photos that I really want to do something with to remember all of the exciting places that I have been. Albums are great, but sometimes it is nice to have the memories out where you can enjoy them everyday. I decided to make a home for some of my favorite San Francisco memories in a Graphic 45 shadow box!

Shadow Box Graphic 45 Artisan StyleAs soon as I saw the recent Graphic 45 Artisan Style collection, I just knew it was perfect for my San Francisco photos. I had taken some Instagram photos I was especially proud of on the trip. The vintage filters and warm colors in the photos matched beautifully with the Artisan Style collection!  Continue Reading →

CHA Summer 2011: Graphic 45

The Graphic 45 booth at CHA is always a must-see, and not just because their booth is over the top with their vintage theme. Their products are consistently well designed with crowd-pleasing retro images and their eye-catching bold color palettes They released three new collections at the show: An ABC Primer, Christmas Emporium, and The Magic of Oz.

They also released some new Staples: Hinges, Metal Tags, and Door Plates and Knobs.

Metal Flowers, Metal and Chipboard Buttons, and Trims can be added to all types of projects.

These are their new Altered Art Boxes which can be used to create amazing 3D pieces such as memory boxes or dioramas.

Each of the three new collections also include coordinating Chipboard Tags and Cling Stamps.
And now a tiny peek at just some of the awesome creations featured in the Graphic 45 booth.

So, what do you think? Do you love the vintage designs? We would love to hear what you think!

CHA Scrapbooking: Graphic 45

One must-see booth was Graphic 45. If you are familiar with their line of papers, you know how beautifully detailed they can be just on their own, but when used on a layout or altered project, they can become incredible works of art.

Three new paper collections in 12″x12″ and 8″x8″ pads AND coordinating cling mounted rubber stamps (appropriately named “Cling”) were featured at this show – Le Cirque, Once Upon a Springtime, and Curtain Call.  The possibilities of what can be created with these oh so fabulous and richly designed collections are endless… as you will see. Their booth was absolutely *swoon* worthy.

The “Le Cirque” collection is super fun and bright and happy. It screams magnifique – which just happens to be the name of one of the papers in this line:

The “Once Upon a Springtime” collection is just so soft and magical and whimsically fairylicious. Is that a word? Because is really should be.

The “Curtain Call” collection is a delicious blend of glamorous, black and cream Old Hollywood meets Moulin Rouge:

Also, a few new items were added to their Graphic 45 Staples collection which can add charm and enhance any project or layout. They can be viewed HERE.

So, what would you make with these new collections – a layout or an altered art project? Or perhaps both?
